Tomorrow I wake up a non-smoker! Today is the last smokey day! How do I feel? A bit twitchy, nervous, but a bit excited too! It's a big thing. Cigarettes have always been very much a part of my life, and even part of my "image" I suppose!

Last thing tonight the ash trays will be put away, and all my smoking stuff like lighters etc will be hidden away. This is serious stuff you know! I guess I'll probably bore Blogland to death with reports on my efforts, but if it helps me, I'll type it in anyway!

The RW returns from london this afternoon to lend her support, so the house needs cleaning, and the dogs need brushing. Ah.... the joys!
