After watching Portugal last night in their first game, I've decided to try to recruit someone very, very, very rich, to buy the whole team for Partick Thistle Nil. And no, Brooks Mileson, you are not quite rich enough!

Aye! Who wants Maryhill to become an area under threat by suicde bombers? There's enough suicides at 5.45 every second Saturday as it is!
A reasonable argument - tho the bombers might improve Maryhill's architecture.
Youse are known as the Maryhill Magyars. The only Hungarian squillionaire I can think of is Zsa Zsa Gabor. She's loadsa dosh from the ex-hubbies, is pretty ga-ga, won't excite jealousy in the RW and will probably jump at the chance of funding young men with muscles in shorts!

I suppose it could count as preparation for the "yuppification" of Maryhill. The Firhill caterers could replace the pies and Bovril with lattes and croissants!
