It was 30 years ago today that a certain Rt Revd Frederick Goldie ordained one Kenneth Macaulay to the diaconate! Little did we all know where this would lead us! Fred to a heart attack four years later, and myself on various journeys!
We would love to see you at our "High Mass" in St Augustine's tonight at 7.30pm to celebrate the milestone!

My daughters school priest has been premoted (if thats what you call it?) to Cannon and she said she doesn't want to call him Cannon Alison she wants to call him Father Alison

What an achievement, Kenny. My mum (Edna) remembers you as a wee boy Youth Leader fellow encouraging high jinks amongst the weans. Hope you have a wonderful evening tonight and trust the piscies to have a bun fight afterwards!!
