For those within travelling distance: The Kyiv Accordian Duo are making a return visit tomorrow to St Augustine’s. They came last year and were just wonderful! I'm not an accordion fan, but these two young guys converted me!
The Ukrainian accordionists, students at their National Conservatoire, play music for all tastes. On their previous visit, the audience, especially fellow accordionists, was overwhelmed by their talent and skills. This will be an exciting evening of music.
No tickets needed, but the retiring collection will be for the fund that still has to support those that are suffering from the nuclear fallout at Chernobyl, the home town of one of the musicians.
