The RW saw the consultant today, and her toe joint is healing beautifully, and all is looking well! She now has a "Townley Toe"! Look it up yourself!

She is now in a position to be a wee bit more mobile and must start trying a little walking. I wondered if this could be done with a hoover in her hand, but the RW had forgotten to ask. Standing at the cooker? Nope! Never asked, but the toe doesn't seem up to bending down for ovens just yet. Drat.

So, mince and tatties again tonight, but with the hope that all this housekeeping is soon to end........
